Craig and I went to Cancun for our 10 year anniversary. It was absolutely beautiful, the food was great, and we had a fantastic time. We stayed at the Royal Cancun... our room was gorgeous with an incredible view. Loved everything about it!! We also went sky-tubing (scary!), shopped in downtown Cancun (even scarier!!), and took a jungle tour on wave runners far out to snorkel (not so scary -- until the tropical storm hit us on the way back in the middle of the ocean!!!).
